There is a burger chain in Japan with an amusing name. Mos of the name is similar to "moss" which
means, "koke" in Japanese. So, in our Monday night English class at my home in Tsurugaoka, Nobeoka, we decided to call the
hamburger chain, "Koke Burger."
But then, we thought that "Mos" could be part of the word, "Most". Just like "Jus" of Jusco is said
to have come from the word, Just. "Co" of Jusco is said to come from the word, "Company," thus, Just Company.
Well, you know what the man that first stuck his head into a pot of heating sour milk said? He said,
"Sheeezu."
